Hi, and welcome to Rocha Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy’s kids’ and teen program. We are committed to providing a safe and fun learning environment where your child or teen can achieve their very best.We offer tailored programs for different age groups, each with age-appropriate curriculum geared to build a solid foundation for techniques and continue to challenge and inspire our students.
Effective methods become staples in Jiu-Jitsu training and ineffective techniques are discarded. As a result, our students are constantly learning new moves and perfecting old ones. In our kids’ program, we specialize in teaching children age 4 to 16 years. Your child is welcome to try a complimentary class to experience firsthand the benefits of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in building confidence, self-esteem, and sportsmanship.
